CAM Prelicensing Course Applicant requirements:
A license issued by the Florida DBPR is required when an individual receives compensation for services from a community association and the association(s) served contains more than 10 units or has an annual budget(s) in excess of $100,000.
The applicant must be at least 18 years of age; of good moral character; file a completed application ($223.50) with electronic fingerprints ($50-$120); complete 18 hours approved pre-licensure education (FCS tuition – $269); and pass the state examination ($27).
