Management Contracts and Ethics

Description

This course will provide an opportunity for managers to discuss best practices with other managers related to management contracts and employment agreements, review statutory requirements for fiduciary duty and ethical behavior, explain fiduciary duty, duty of care, and duty of loyalty, and brainstorm solutions to ethical problems.
