Choose Your CAM Prelicensing Course
The 16-hour mandatory Florida CAM Schools, LLC’s Prelicensing Course is available in various formats to meet your needs. Choose from in-person classes in St. Augustine or Leesburg for $329, which includes a 200+ page manual and practice exams. Alternatively, take the CAM online course in Spanish or English via live Internet (webcam and microphone required) for $329, including the same comprehensive manual and practice exams sent via email in a PDF format and Zoom link information.
Applicant Requirements
To receive compensation for services from a community association with more than 10 units or an annual budget exceeding $100,000, a license from the Florida DBPR is required. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, of good moral character, and complete the following steps: submit a completed application ($223.50), provide electronic fingerprints ($50-$120), complete 16 hours of approved pre-licensure education (tuition: $329), and pass the state examination ($31.50).
