Fiduciary Duties and Community Operations

In this 4-hour classroom course offered by Florida CAM Schools, LLC, newly elected or appointed directors will gain essential insights into their fiduciary duties and their impact on community association operations. The course includes a comprehensive 100-page Florida Board Member Certification course manual. This covers key CAM guides such as state and federal laws, governing documents, meeting procedures, budget, and financial preparation, asset protection and insurance, and community association operations. The cost is $59 per person.
